We continually extend our lawyers’ knowledge through specialised legal training using both internal and external speakers including barristers, leading experts, universities and business schools. In addition we develop our lawyers’ skills in commercial awareness through the provision of structured internal Hill Dickinson Business School programmes.
We have a comprehensive induction programme and offer updates and refreshers on a regular basis in a range of technical areas including IT, finance and compliance.
