In this video Carolyn Morgan, our Director of Human Resources, talks about what makes Hill Dickinson such a great place to work. She gives an overview of our culture and the benefits on offer, as well as touching on our equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) and ESG/CSR strategies from a people perspective.

Having joined us amidst the coronavirus pandemic, Carolyn has been at Hill Dickinson since 2020. Her focus since then has very much been on bringing our firmwide strategy to life, which is centred around investing in our people and is why, as Carolyn says, “people are at the heart of everything we do.” As part of this strategy, and as mentioned here, Carolyn and her team have introduced and embedded a number of initiatives, including hybrid and flexible working, ED&I networking groups and a much-enhanced learning and development offer for colleagues.

Carolyn also talks about why people join Hill Dickinson and what makes them stay. Most notably, Carolyn cites the open and transparent culture, as well as our approachable and down-to-earth senior leadership team, as among our main differentiators when compared to other law firms.
