Secondly, we give trainees immediate responsibility. Responsibility for clients, cases and also business development. This responsibility is underpinned by close support and an open-door policy to our partners.
Thirdly, there’s our diversity. We have seven practice groups, each offering several sub-specialisms across a range of contentious and non-contentious work. During your training contract, this diversity will enable you to gain unparalleled exposure before tailoring your final seats to your preferred specialism.
Finally, there’s the fact that we are constantly increasing our national and international capabilities through offices in Liverpool, Manchester, London, Chester, Piraeus and Singapore.
