Project finance

Hill Dickinson’s project finance experience is recognised at national level. We offer a comprehensive range of advice on public/private partnerships (PPPs) to public authorities and developers. This includes the Private Finance Initiative, design and build finance, procurement and outsourcing.

The team has a strong track record in advising on all matters relating to the funding of PPP and PFI schemes and asset-backed projects. We have worked on large and complex projects in most of the major sectors including health, education, defence, leisure, courts and social housing.

We have specialist expertise in combined heat and power schemes, having acted on major projects for the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, Broadgreen Hospital (Liverpool), the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and Kingston Hospital.
