Led by Andrew Ashley Taylor, whose clients include
Electricity Northwest, the team at Hill Dickinson LLP gained new
instructions from a significant number of trustees, several listed
entities, and large corporate employers.
This
team of five dedicated lawyers is increasingly advising
public-sector clients on their pension matters. The group
represented the trustees of the scheme for Administration and
Technical Staff in the Arts on the effect of employer cessation
events. It also advises Genus, Qantas Airways UK and the trustees
