The Hill Dickinson health team specialises in the wide range of mental health issues. These include the legalities of compulsory detention and the adequacy and appropriateness of documentation.

We can also advise on the powers of the Mental Health Review Tribunal, the conduct of managers’ hearings and policies on the restraint of patients, searches and discharge.
