The business and legal environment is continually evolving and by understanding and responding to market changes, we continually update our solutions in line with changing customer needs such as our recently refreshed Hill Dickinson motor and casualty solutions. Our aim is to provide clients with a service that exceeds expectations and offers value for money.

Our integrated service brings together incident and claims management, investigation, counter fraud, legal expertise, bespoke management information, IT solutions and finance capabilities. In addition, our in-house costs and advocacy teams have delivered significant benefits for clients through the provision of seamless, market-leading services.

The insurance practice group is split into ten teams providing a wide range of legal services to insurers and large corporate insureds across a variety of sectors to include retail, transport, travel and leisure, public sector and aviation.

Reducing business costs is of paramount importance for companies, particularly in the current economic climate. Hill Dickinson’s insurance practice group works in partnership with clients to minimise claims costs and frequency whilst seeking to protect clients businesses and safeguard their reputation. We also help to predict, identify, quantify and manage the legal issues that threaten all aspects of business operations and do so jointly with other practice groups cross the firm on a client focused basis.
