Our experts are based across our national locations, providing an immediate response to issues with a bespoke case strategy for resolution.
The value of the cases the team deals with range from £2m to £14m. The team has significant experience of settling claims by way of periodical payments and is at the forefront of those firms involved in resolving cases either on this basis or by way of a large lump sum.
Reducing claims costs for clients is a priority and where possible alternative dispute resolution will used.
