Drawing on our experience in this area, we draft a wide range of non-life insurance policies, with particular emphasis on liability policies. We have substantial experience of advising our insurer clients on their professional indemnity, employers' liability, public liability, product liability and motor insurance policies, together with construction and business interruption policies.
Our services extend from advising in relation to specific clauses and providing policy ‘health checks’ to full-scale policy drafting or re-drafting.

advise on other policy-related documents, including proposal forms
and guidance notes.
