specialist and luxury holiday operators, and are regularly
instructed by both operators and insurers. Our client list of
operators and insurers includes some of the largest and most well
known companies in this sector.
Our team has extensive knowledge of, and contacts in, the overseas
holiday industry. Members of the team regularly feature as speakers
at lectures and conferences to numerous operators and industry
bodies, including lecturing to ABTA and its members, on a wide
variety of topics ranging from crisis response and disaster
litigation, through to employment.
We provide regular training for tour operators on subjects as varied as package travel regulations, contracting with customers for customer services staff, investigations, pre action protocols and claims, safety and crisis response training.
