To achieve and aspire
In November 2005 Hill Dickinson transferred to a limited liability partnership (LLP) status. The LLP combines the features of the traditional partnership position, so far as internal management and tax are concerned, but with some of the benefits of incorporation. This is achieved by the LLP being given a separate legal identity distinct from its members, similar to a limited liability company.
Tony Wilson, Senior Partner, heads Hill Dickinson's LLP Board which is responsible for strategic direction and governance. Peter Jackson, Managing Partner, heads the Management Board which is responsible for operational management and successful delivery of the firm's strategy.
