The Hill Dickinson corporate restructuring and insolvency team advises on all aspects of corporate rescue and insolvencies. The team comprises four partners and six lawyers, as well as support staff and has expertise in all areas gaining a reputation for giving clear commercial advice.
Our clients include insolvency practitioners and turn-around professionals, lenders, large corporates and their boards, to SMEs and individuals, stakeholders and creditors.
We concentrate on avoiding insolvency where possible, via restructuring and reorganising businesses and guiding those involved through difficult financial circumstances. Where formal insolvency cannot be avoided we are committed to effective realisation of assets and protection of our clients’ interests.
We undertake advisory, contentious and transactional work handling every aspect of our clients’ requirements, both pre and post insolvency and in non-insolvency situations.
The team also advises companies and individuals on corporate/business risk assessment, crisis control, as well as advice on managing relationships with third parties, the duties of directors and staff rights.
