Care Standards
Hill Dickinson offers a specialist advisory service to the commission for social Care Inspection on the interpretation and application of the Care Standards Act 2000, in relation to the operation of care homes. The team represents clients in relation to drafting documentation, representing them before tribunals and obtaining emergency closures in the magistrates' court. The team also advises on mental health and children’s issues arising under the Act. The firm is a member of the CSCI solicitors’ panel.
