Child Protection


The Hill Dickinson health team advises on all aspects of the Children Act 1989, which affects the NHS, specifically in relation to child protection.  The team often assists clients with drafting policies, as well as preparing and supporting health staff when required to attend court. The team has represented clients at major children's inquiries.
