Confidentiality & the Data Protection Act 1998
The health team has specialist knowledge and experience of advising on all confidentiality issues, including interpretation and application of the Data Protection Act 1998 and Access to Health Records Act 1990, access to records, disclosures to third parties and the retention and destruction of health records.
