The Hill Dickinson health team offers a confidential advisory service to NHS Boards on all regulatory and probity issues. A number of the partners in the Health team hold the position of Board Secretary to NHS Boards and advise on the agenda and confidential matters, offering a personal and on-the-spot legal service.
Areas of expertise include:
- Attendance at board meetings
- The vires of board decisions and decision making
- Advice on procedural and legal requirements
- Training of staff on behalf of the board
