PFI / PPP
The Hill Dickinson projects team has specialist knowledge and experience in providing advice to public authorities and developers relating to public private partnerships, from the private finance initiative, design build Finance Operate and NHS LIFT schemes and outsourcing. The team has a strong track record in advising on all matters relevant to PFI/PPP schemes, including procurement, evaluation of bidder responses, business cases, contract award and financial close.
