Disputes have traditionally been resolved in the Courts or in Arbitration. Not all of them are appropriate for these traditional forums, however, and there is a requirement for disputes to be dealt with over a very short time frame, at a much reduced cost, whilst maintaining real control over the process. The ADR team at Hill Dickinson has specialist expertise in resolving disputes without the need to resort to litigation or arbitration. The team boasts accredited Mediators and Adjudicators who can provide a dispute resolution service to parties whether or not they have legal or other representation.
