Hill Dickinson’s specialist fraud team advises on all aspects of corporate and insurance fraud and in addition advice is given to insurance companies on policy coverage issues and drafting. Instructions emanate from insurers, insurance brokers, corporates, SME’s, and an increasing volume of white collar fraud is also referred.
