Hill Dickinson boasts an expert professional services team which includes ten partners.  The team’s philosophy is based on proactive claims handling, to identify the risk involved in a claim and then manage it to the earliest, most practical and economic solution, utilising protocols where necessary.  We have a sound track record in the Court of Appeal and House of Lords, and extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution.  Members of the team also have considerable experience in dealing with policy coverage issues.
