Regulatory
The regulatory group draws its experience from right across Hill Dickinson to ensure that, regardless of the sector in which the matter arises, the correct expertise is on hand. The group deals with regulatory breaches and advises on prevention and risk assessment in health and safety matters. In addition the team handles all types of criminal prosecutions including those brought by Customs and Excise, the Serious Fraud Office and the Department of Trade and Industry.
