Hill Dickinson’s regulatory group advises on all aspects of road traffic regulation including defending RTA prosecutions from speeding to drink driving matters. The team also advises on suitable management systems for commercial vehicle operators including how to avoid prosecution for overloading, driving for excess hours, and the suitability of existing and proposed operating centres. In addition, advice is given on the preparation of Public Inquiries, with representation provided if required.
