The Drunken Oil Trader

You may be aware from the press the damage done to PVM Oil Trading by the allegedly drunken trader who accessed the trading system online from home. The trader was subsequently sacked.

Likewise you may have seen that a PA at a London based high street bank was summarily dismissed recently for sending a salacious and potentially libellous email to fellow employees and senior personnel late at night probably over office systems.

In the Chelsea Barracks litigation you will also have seen that potentially deeply compromising correspondence has been recovered from a server or a back up server which may have a serious impact on the success or failure of the Candy damages claim.
