As you know, PCTs and LHBs have a legal responsibility to ensure their primary care performers provide safe, high quality care to all patients in their area. However, this is sometimes easier said than done.
Join Hill Dickinson at our complimentary seminar for an overview of performers list management, learn about best practice when screening for performance issues and, when performance issues inevitably raise their heads, learn how to deal with them effectively through the appropriate legal channels.
The seminar includes presentations and sessions by Hill Dickinson lawyers, GP advisors, Mersey Internal Audit Agency and a representative from NHS Central Lancashire. There will also be small group break out sessions to discuss a variety of primary care performance issues.
This is not only a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable knowledge of and insight into this area of primary care performance management, but also gives you the chance to network with your colleagues from other organisations in an informal setting.
