Hill Dickinson, leading UK law firm with offices in the North West and London, has advised Liverpool based property company Maghull Developments Limited, a subsidiary of The Maghull Group, on the £7.5million investment acquisition of a mixed-use portfolio of properties in Crosby town centre.
The portfolio comprises two retail parades, various residential properties on the fringe of the town centre as well as a cleared development site situated adjacent to Sainsbury’s car park. Maghull intend to refurbish the residential properties, asset manage the retail investments and develop a mixed-use scheme to comprise retail and residential uses on the development land.
Hill Dickinson also acted for the developer on the acquisition of Central Buildings in Crosby and is currently providing legal advice in connection with the proposed £8million redevelopment of the premises.

Hill Dickinson also represents the Liverpool developer Downing Developments and provided legal advice for the recent £50million purchase of the Royal Insurance/Norwich Union buildings on Old Hall Street in Liverpool City Centre.
