Hill Dickinson expands network with new yacht team base in London

Hill Dickinson’s market-leading yacht team is relocating to dedicated offices in St James’s Square, SW1.

The move will place Hill Dickinson’s expert yacht and superyacht lawyers at the centre of their niche marketplace, ensuring they can further build upon their reputation for first-class legal advice and provide clients with immediate access to their range of specialist services.

Representing all sectors of the industry, the Hill Dickinson yacht team acts on behalf owners, managers, brokers, designers and builders in relation to sale and purchase transactions, build contracts and financing of the very largest of yachts.

The team also advises key parties in the yacht insurance market and has the capacity to respond immediately to casualties and crisis management situations worldwide, with assistance from an international network of specialist maritime lawyers, marine surveyors, investigators and loss adjusters.

The yacht team, which comprises 16 specialists and support staff in all, will continue to work closely with marine and commercial colleagues across the Hill Dickinson network of offices. The firm’s wider London-based capabilities remain based at Hill Dickinson’s City office.
