Hill Dickinson Takes a Stand at NHS Confed

International law firm Hill Dickinson, once again took a stand at this year’s NHS Confederation, which was held last week at Liverpool’s Arena and Convention Centre, for the second year running.

A team of professionals from the firm were on the stand to discuss legal health matters with clients and visitors to the annual event. Visitors were also treated to iced smoothie drinks, which were a welcome refreshment in the hot summer sun.

Andrew Leslie, Partner, from Hill Dickinson’s health team said of the event: “The NHS Confederation Conference is an event that as a firm, we simply would not miss. It is an extremely important event in the healthcare calendar, so it is fantastic that it has once again been held at the Arena in Liverpool. The Confederation is the independent body that represents the NHS in England, so the Conference brings together health professionals from across the country, providing them with a valuable forum to discuss the challenges ahead.

“The Secretary of State for Health, Andrew Lansley addressed the delegates on Thursday evening, so it was also a great opportunity to understand where he sees the future for healthcare in England.”
