Gordon heads up the Insurance Litigation Team in the firm's Manchester office which encompasses pre and post litigation work of a small, fast or multi track nature dealing primarily with employers’ liability, public liability and road traffic act claims. He maintains his own multi track caseload predominantly of EL / PL claims.
Gordon’s personal injury experience includes advising on liability, quantum, tactics, advising on health and safety issues, conducting high value/politically sensitive litigation at all levels and advising clients on the technical formal requirements pre-action protocols.
