James Upton

James has been a partner at Hill Dickinson since 2006 and handles the full range of employment issues acting predominantly for employers.
Before training as a solicitor, James worked as an employment tribunal consultant representing commercial clients at employment tribunals throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland.
James represents clients in employment tribunal proceedings, frequently conducting his own advocacy and also conducts employment cases in the county court and high court. In addition, James also delivers training to managers and human resources professionals.
