Mark McKeating
Associate
Mark is an associate solicitor in our employment and pensions team.
He undertakes all forms of work on behalf of his clients, including representation at employment tribunals, preparing contracts and handbooks, and bespoke training on various issues such as disciplinary, grievance and avoiding discrimination in the workplace. Mark also has particular expertise in advising clients on business protection issues, for example, pursuing injunctive relief and/or damages proceedings against former employees.
