Kathy Holuba
Legal Director
Kathy is a partner in Corporate Finance and specialises in buying and selling shares and businesses, with a particular emphasis on retail pharmacies and dental practices, ranging in value from several thousand pounds to multimillion pound transactions, including carrying out due diligence and disclosure exercises.
Kathy also advises upon joint venture or investment arrangements involving companies, partnerships or limited liability partnerships. As part of her corporate finance experience, Kathy also advises on secured lending.
Kathy is recommended by The Legal 500 UK 2009 for corporate and commercial.
