David advises a wide variety of clients involved in the construction industry. He advises on non-contentious construction, security documentation and insolvency relating to the industry and is experienced in domestic and international litigation arbitration and adjudication, together with methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
David's recent instructions include acting on behalf of an employer in a multi-million pound complex specialist engineering dispute, acting on behalf of a party in a high value complex nuclear engineering dispute, acting on behalf of various NHS trusts regarding complex contractual issues arising from various high value long-term contractor agreements, dealing with numerous high value and complex developments, and continues to have a varied adjudication caseload.
David convenes the Liverpool TCC Users Group.
