David is the Head of Hill Dickinson’s Manchester office, and is a member of the LLP Board. He is a former Managing Partner of the firm, and has over 30 years experience of advising clients in the Marine industry. He deals with all aspects of Marine law, but has a specific expertise in liability and Hull & Machinery claims on behalf of ship owners and their underwriters. His client base includes ship owners, P & I and Defence Clubs, ship repairers, Hull & Machinery underwriters, and Brokers.
