Paul Taylor

Paul qualified as a solicitor with another major law firm in the city, working in the fields of shipping and insurance. Having studied law and French law, including a year in Aix en Provence, he worked for six years in Paris, qualifying as a French Avocat in 2004, specialising in marine and non-marine insurance, shipping, international arbitration, international trade and general commercial litigation.
Paul handles English, French and international disputes for a wide variety of clients worldwide in the shipping, insurance and international trade fields. He has appeared before Courts throughout France, before arbitrators in ICC, CAP and CAMP proceedings as well as representing clients in proceedings before the English Courts and before arbitrators in LMAA, GAFTA, FOSFA and LME disputes.
Paul has lectured around the world on issues of shipping, insurance and international trade.
