Beth Bradley

Beth regularly advises first class shipowners, ship builders, yacht owners and P&I Clubs across several jurisdictions including major South Korean ship owners and ship builders. Beth also advises blue chip Asian and multinational companies and trading houses.

Beth has considerable experience in advising on the consequences of the new wave of environmental regulations concerning greenhouse gas emissions and the implications of those regulations for her clients, including regulations imposed by the International Maritime Organisation and the EU.

Beth handles high value, multi-party and multi jurisdiction litigation and has extensive experience of international arbitration in various forums, including ICC, LCIA and LMAA and litigation in the Commercial and Mercantile Courts, Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court.
