Moya specialises in commercial disputes (agency, distribution, supply contracts, sale of goods) across a range of industry sectors ranging from the UK construction industry to Russian coal mining. She has also had successes in the Court of Appeal. Having had extensive experience of alternative dispute resolution techniques (ADR) , Moya has dealt with disputes in the courts, by arbitration, in mediation and and under expert determination. Moya also acts as the commercial litigation team professional support lawyer with responsibility for the team’s training, client tenders and business development activities.

Moya completed her degree at Manchester Metropolitan University and graduated with first class honours. She completed her Law Society finals at Chester College of Law, with honours and studied for a bachelor of common law at Oxford University. She is qualified as a solicitor advocate with higher rights of audience and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
