Our corporate team is highly experienced, numbering over 100 people including 30 partners, working across offices in London, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Newcastle. The team advises a broad range of clients, including private and public institutional companies, private equity funds, management teams, SMEs, entrepreneurs and start-ups, across a variety of sectors. Clients also benefit from support through our international network of offices.

In 2024 our corporate team advised on 150 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of £3.9bn.
