We’d like to invite you to a practical investigation skills training session, delivered by Helen Foley and Caroline Prosser – both experienced independent investigators and Partners in our Employment team.
This interactive three‑hour session will provide delegates with hands‑on guidance drawn from our own experience conducting complex workplace investigations, supported by relevant case law. Designed for HR teams and managers who are tasked with carrying out investigations, the training is highly practical, with real examples, discussion points, and opportunities to apply learning throughout
The session will cover:
scoping and planning an investigation
gathering and evaluating evidence. including tricky situations such as one person’s word against another’s

producing a clear and defensible investigation report.
