Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) webinar

Join us for the second meeting of our national patient safety network covering the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF). At this meeting we will focus on wider stakeholder engagement ahead of implementation in Autumn 2023.

We are pleased to confirm that we will be joined by Mr Derek Winter, Deputy Chief Coroner of England and Wales and His Majesty’s Senior Coroner for the City of Sunderland, to give his insight into the key considerations at this stage of implementation from a coronial perspective.

We will also further consider how organisations might effectively engage with other stakeholders as well as provide additional guidance for organisations in moving through the preparation phases of implementation of PSIRF, in advance of implementation and transition later this year.

This webinar is hosted via On24. Please see the relevant privacy policy here.
