We are pleased to invite you to our forthcoming webinar on Wednesday 11 November 2026, from 09:30 to 11:30, focusing on how you can best support health and social care professionals who are under investigation.

This session is aimed at those in senior roles within organisations supporting colleagues under investigation, as well as individuals who may be navigating investigations themselves.

This interactive webinar will provide clear, practical guidance and insight into the wide-ranging legal issues that can arise, along with strategies to help mitigate associated risks.

    Overview of common allegations, police interview processes and rights, when to remain silent, and the potential impact on regulatory and employment proceedings.
     

  • Q&A session
