We have outlined the categories of applications we provide for individuals:
Points Based System categories, such as Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas
Settlement (Indefinite Leave to Remain) for individuals present in the UK
British Citizenship
Applications under the EU Settlement Scheme
Other immigration categories such as: Global Talent, UK Ancestry, Long Residence applications
Scope of services
Our immigration team provides advice and assistance will be tailored to each client’s needs. Below is general scope of service for assisting an individual with a UK Immigration application:
Initial consultation and eligibility assessment
Advising on the process, documents and timelines
Reviewing the documents and advising on additional documents if required
Drafting and submitting application forms (if required)
Drafting a letter of representation in support of the application
Submitting the application and scheduling an appointment
Responding to the UKVI on your behalf
Reviewing the decision and advising on the next steps
Our scope excludes:
Appeals or administrative review (quoted separately)
Drafting non-immigration related documents
Travel to attend interviews or biometric appointments (additional charges may apply)
Complex cases involving criminal records or previous refusals (additional charges may apply)
Translating documents. However we can obtain a fee quote for translation services (if requested.
Timescales
Processing times vary based on the type of application and Home Office service levels.
We aim to submit applications within 3 to 6 weeks of receiving instructions. This is subject to receiving the documents and information in timely manner and case complexity.

We offer fixed fees for most applications, depending on the complexity and nature of the application.
Associated Fees
Please see below the fees (exclusive of VAT and disbursements):
Work-related visas under the points-based system: £800 to £5,000
Settlement: £1,500 to £8,000
British Citizenship: £1,100 to £9,000
EU Settlement Scheme applications: £800 to £1,000
Other categories (listed above): £1,200 to £11,000
Disbursements (charged separately and may include)
Home Office application fees
Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)
Biometric enrolment charges
Translation (if needed)
We will always confirm disbursement costs before proceeding.
Hourly rates
Partner: £485 - £525
Senior Associate: £400
Who will handle my case?
Your matter will be handled by a qualified solicitor with appropriate supervision. When you instruct us, you will be given more detailed information about the seniority of the assigned fee earner and their applicable hourly fee rate. You will also be given an overall estimate of the likely costs of our handling your application.
