Hill Dickinson advises environmental consultancy Cura Terrae on Enviro Technology Services acquisition

Law firm Hill Dickinson has advised Cura Terrae on the acquisition of air quality monitoring business Enviro Technology Services Ltd.

The acquisition forms part of the Sheffield-based consultancy’s strategic growth plan: Enviro Technology Services joins Ecus, Environmental Monitoring Solutions and Envirocare as the third acquisition since Cura Terrae became part of the Palatine portfolio in 2022. As a global player in air monitoring systems, its services complement the range of environmental services offered by the growing group.

Graeme Anderson, senior associate in Hill Dickinson’s Manchester Corporate team, who led on the deal alongside corporate partner James Down, assisted by corporate associate Rachael Sykes, said: “We are pleased to have been involved in advising the team at Cura Terrae on a strategic acquisition that adds air monitoring capability into the mix and will help build the company into a leading and increasingly diverse, environmental group.”

Enviro Technology is based in Stroud, Gloucestershire and will work alongside the existing teams at Cura Terrae, offering real-time instrumentation, turn-key environmental monitoring systems and support for the measurement of air pollution and greenhouse gases to a range of clients in the UK and beyond.
