Law firm Hill Dickinson has recently advised Manchester-headquartered door hardware supplier UAP on the acquisition from Eurocell plc of Security Hardware, a domestic supplier of PVC-U doors and windows hardware located in the West Midlands.

The acquisition will significantly expand UAP’s offer to customers, adding new products to its range and strengthening its geographical reach through Security Hardware’s distribution centre in Willenhall. The deal will also see UAP supply its entire portfolio to Eurocell’s branches.

Hill Dickinson’s Manchester Corporate team provided legal advice to UAP on the deal, led by partner Sean Lightfoot and senior associate Olivia Jones.

This deal is a significant step for UAP in terms of extending the company’s reach and client base. We were delighted to act as legal adviser and wish both parties every success as they join forces and move forward together.
