His prior experience includes representing medical protection members and private insurers regarding GP claims, surgery, dental and significant injury claims. Khuram represents Trusts for significant value cases including wrongful birth, spinal, and brain injuries.
Khuram has prior Claimant experience which allows him to understand both sides position in evaluating a claim. His approach has resulted in a number of claims being discontinued or heavily discounted.
Khuram is an experienced litigator specialising in clinical negligence. He is passionate about deriving the best solutions for our clients whilst also considering patient safety. He conducts training on all issues of clinical negligence with particular interest in consent and duty of candour.
Khuram read LLB Law at the University of Leeds and completed his LPC at BPP.
