Alaw Krishan-Gray

Details

Having trained with the firm, Alaw qualified into the health litigation team in September 2012. She was promoted to the role of Senior Associate in 2017.

Alaw deals with claims on behalf of Medical Defence Organisations, NHS, Private Insurers and individuals. She is experienced in dealing with matters involving a wide variety of specialisms including general practice, paediatrics and cosmetic surgery. Alaw has experience in dealing with high profile cases and was heavily involved in the Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust public inquiry as recognised legal representative of one of the core participants. She runs regular training sessions for clients on a range of topics including medical consent and also gives talks at events such as the annual conference for the British College of Aesthetic Medicine.

Alaw graduated with a law degree in 2009 (first class honours) and went on to complete the LPC+ in 2010 (with distinction).
