Kun Ho is dual-qualified in England and Wales and the US (NY). Before joining the firm, he worked for an international trading business in Korea and a litigation firm in Hong Kong. Born in Seoul but raised in Austria, Kun Ho speaks Korean and German.
Kun Ho has acted for ship owners, charterers, P&I clubs, salvors and oil majors on charterparty disputes, cargo claims and casualties. He has experience in Lloyd’s Open Form (LOF) arbitration as well as arbitrations subject to LMAA, SCMA, LCIA and SIAC terms. He has also been involved in litigation before the English High Court.
Kun Ho completed his law degree at the London School of Economics from which he also holds a postgraduate degree in law and accounting.
