Details
David joined the firm in 1976 and has served on its board (in various manifestations) for some 25 years. He currently chairs the audit committee and is its compliance officer for legal practice. He was president of the Liverpool Law Society in 2000.
David has a broad commercial property practice but his particular areas of expertise include investment and development work, and landlord and tenant matters, especially in the office, industrial and logistics sectors and infrastructure projects. He acts for a number of major developers, occupiers and institutions.
David is a graduate of Downing College, University of Cambridge (MA).
