Mark Ridler

Mark is legal director in the pensions team with over 25 years’ experience of a wide range of pensions issues and acting for trustees and corporate clients.

Details

Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Mark had been a pensions partner in DWF, Hammonds (now called Squire Patton Boggs) and Irwin Mitchell after initially specialising in company and commercial law. Mark is a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and helped found and was the first chair of the South Yorkshire Pensions Group.

Mark advises trustees and employers in respect of defined contribution and defined benefit schemes on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.

Mark graduated in law from the University of Sheffield (LLB) in 1983 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1986.
