Charlotte Hart

Charlotte began her legal career as a trainee at the firm in 2012 and qualified as an associate in 2014. She has experience acting for a wide range of commercial and education clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters across the United Kingdom.

Charlotte supports clients in all aspects of employment and education law, including advising on grievance and disciplinaries, sickness absence, large-scale redundancies and complex TUPE issues. In respect of her education practice, Charlotte leads the schools team’s academy conversions work and is a recognised education expert within the firm. She also advises clients on all other areas of education law including admissions, exclusions, safeguarding, parental issues and governance.
