Harriet has experience in a range of corporation transactions and governance work. She assists clients undertaking mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, disposals and joint ventures. Harriet held a leading role in the team that advised nursery operator Twinkles Group on the sale to private equity backed operator, Kids Planet.
Harriet graduated with a degree in Social Policy from the University of Birmingham in 2012 before studying the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. She joined and trained with the firm in 2015 and qualified as a solicitor in 2017.
